Helix Mobile Updates

By opting in to our text messaging program, Helix Mobile Updates, you authorize Helix to send you customer care and promotional information about your personal loan status and options at the telephone number you provided us. Such messages may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system. You are not required to provide this authorization as a condition of receiving a loan.

You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms of Service, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You understand that any messages we send you may be accessed by anyone with access to your messages. You also understand message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You also agree that we shall have no liability for the cost of any such messages. If you have questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile phone service provider. Please note carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


Messages are recurring and frequency may vary, depending on your loan status.


Messages will confirm your opt-in or opt-out, and depending on your selections, may include notifications about:

  • How to return to complete your loan application
  • Transfer of your funds
  • Tips for managing your loan account through your online Client Portal
  • Your loan status
  • Upcoming payment reminders
  • Confirmation when your loan is paid off
  • When you’re eligible to apply for additional funds and get new loan offers
The Information We Collect and How We Collect It

When you apply for a loan, we collect the phone number that you provided in your online application. We ask for your consent to send text messages to the phone number provided during the application process.

Information Sharing

Your phone number is never sold. In the event your loan account becomes delinquent, your phone number may be transferred to a third-party collection agency for business purposes but will not be used to send text messages. For more information regarding privacy, please view our Privacy Policy.

How to Opt Out

At any time, you may cancel and withdraw your consent to receive text messages by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send you. After you send this message, we will send a final text message to confirm that you have been opted out. Then you will no longer receive messages from us.

If you want to join our text messaging program again, you can opt in when applying for a loan, or if you are a past customer, you can opt in through your Client Portal. Then we will start sending messages to you again.
