Helix Mobile Updates

By opting in to our text messaging program, Helix Mobile Updates, you authorize Helix Financial to send you recurring messages about your personal installment loan status and options at the telephone number you provided us. Such messages may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice and may include texts or ringless voicemail messages by which a prerecorded voice message will be sent directly to your voicemail without causing your phone to ring. You are not required to provide this authorization as a condition of receiving a loan.

You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Use and Mobile Privacy Policy . You understand that any messages we send you may be accessed by anyone with access to your messages. You also understand that your mobile phone service provider may charge you fees for messages we send you, resulting in message and data rates applied. You also agree that we shall have no liability for the cost of any such messages. If you have questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile phone service provider.

Opting Out

At any time, you may cancel and withdraw your consent to receive messages by replying “STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT” to any message we send you.

After you send this message, we will send a text message to confirm that you have been opted out. Then you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join our text messaging program again, you can opt in when applying for a loan and we will start sending text messages to you again, or you may send START to 913.794.3315
