Logging In
Log in using the email and password that you used when you applied.
Loan Dashboard
When you log in, the first page you’ll see is your Loan Dashboard. Here you’ll find account notifications, payment progress, payoff balance, upcoming payments, and payment options.

With each payment, you move one step closer to paying off your balance and you increase your available credit.

Make It Easy with AutoPay
Automatic Recurring Payments are the safest, easiest way to make sure your payments are received on time.
To see if you’re already enrolled, visit your Loan Dashboard in your Online Client Portal and look for a green check mark with the message “Your recurring automatic payment is already scheduled.”
If you’re not enrolled in AutoPay, you will need to manually schedule your payments online, or you can enable automatic payments through the Payment Methods tab on the My Profile page.
Pick Your Payment Method
You can make payments online via ACH from your bank account or with your debit card. This includes automatic recurring payments, additional payments toward principal, or paying off your loan in full.
Note that payments made with ACH can take up to three business days to process, while debit card transactions are processed immediately.
To add a payment method, click the Payment Methods tab on the My Profile page.


Control Cost
With a Helix line of credit, there is no advance fee or annual fee, and you are only charged based on the amount of credit you have withdrawn, not on your approved credit limit.
To lower the overall amount of interest you pay, we encourage you to only take out as much as you need at any give time, and to make more than the minimum payment when possible.
