Before You Leave

Thank you for providing feedback on your loan offer. Before you leave, we wanted to share some information that might be helpful as you consider your loan options.

Concerned about cost?

With a Helix line of credit, there is no advance fee or annual fee, and you are only charged based on the amount of credit you have withdrawn, not on your approved credit limit.

To lower the overall amount of interest you pay, we encourage you to only take out as much as you need at any give time, and to make more than the minimum payment when possible.

Payments too high?

The minimum payment is based on your outstanding balance. If you would like a lower minimum payment, you can select a lower advance amount.

Wanted a higher loan amount?

We use a number of different data points to determine the total loan amount of your offer (e.g. income, employment history, credit score). Ultimately, we want to make sure that you can afford the loan and consistently make your payments.

Sometimes this means we can’t offer you as much as you are requesting. However, if you move forward with a Vault loan and make your payments on time (or pay off the loan early), you could continue to build you credit and become eligible for a larger amount or lower rate in the future.

Found a better offer?

Thank you for applying with Helix. We are glad you found a loan offer that meets your needs. If you change your mind, or would like to take another look, your offer will still be available for a few more weeks.

Your offer is valid for 30 days. You can return anytime during this period to review your loan offer. If you decide to accept, it only takes a few minutes to finalize online, and we can have money transferred to your bank within one business day.

If you change your mind and want to reconsider your offer, we can send you an email with instructions on how to return and finalize your loan. If you have questions or need assistance, you can email a Loan Advisor at info@helixfi.com.

As part of our information collection process, we may detect additional bank accounts under the ownership of the consumer. We will consider these additional accounts to be part of the application process. Bank of Orrick reviews your information in real-time to determine whether your information meets its lending criteria. You acknowledge that by completing and submitting the website application that you are applying for a loan. We verify applicant information through national databases, and we may pull your credit in order to determine your eligibility and ability to repay.

Availability of loans are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Bank of Orrick.
