How Holiday Hours May Affect Funding, Payment Processing, and Customer Support

Customer Support Hours

Our office is closed Thursday, November 25, for the holiday.

You can still access your Online Client Portal anytime by logging in to secure.helixfi.com.

Loan Funding

If your loan agreement was signed Wednesday, 11/24 or Thursday 11/25:

  • Funds will transfer to your bank Friday, 11/26.
Payment Processing

If your payment is due Thursday, 11/25:

  • Payment will pull from your account Friday, 11/26.
  • If not currently on AutoPay, your payment needs to be scheduled by Wednesday, 11/24 at 3:00pm, Central.
