Our office is open Friday, December 31 from 8:00am to 12:00pm, Central.
You can still access your Online Client Portal anytime by logging in to secure.helixfi.com.
If your loan agreement was signed Friday, 12/31 or Saturday, 1/1:
- Funds will transfer to your bank Monday, 1/3.
If your payment is due Friday, 12/31:
- Payment will pull from your account Friday, 12/31.
- If not currently on AutoPay, your payment needs to be scheduled by Thursday, 12/30 at 3:00pm, Central.
If your payment is due Monday, 1/3:
- Payment will pull from your account Monday, 1/3.
- If not currently on AutoPay, your payment needs to be scheduled by Friday, 12/31 at 11:00am, Central.
